Job Posting Platforms for the US and the Global Commercial Space Industry
Jan. 25th, 2019, Berlin, Germany: SpaceJobFair today announced the takeover of SpaceJobs.us and NewSpaceJobs.com. The two job posting platforms will deliver supplemental services for existing clients and matches the growing needs of global active commercial space companies.
Bernd Weiss, Founder of SpaceJobFair about the reason behind the takeovers: “We had an exceptional successful 2018, with events in the Netherlands, France, and Czech Republic, as well as multiple online events. All indicators show that 2019 will be even stronger! Our events provide a unique environment where corporate representatives, from CEO’s, Heads of Recruitment, to Engineers, share their company’s vision with a highly engaged audience. Our team received great feedback with suggestions and ideas to enhance the quality of our events and services. I am very happy, that exhibitors take this time to tell us about their ideas and what they believe can make our service more valuable to them. As a result, we have a big feature pipeline to be released in 2019. To begin, we started to implement and provide easy to use and searchable job boards for individual markets. The SpaceJobs.us and NewSpaceJobs.com platforms can address our clients wishes and give them more exposure with a new way to target potential candidates without leaving the SpaceJobFair environment. SpaceJobs.us launched 2014 and is since then serving clients of all sizes and locations with a strong focus on the US market. The SpaceJobs.us platform changed owners in the past, but never the goal to promote space job opportunities and to help growing the space industry. Over the years, job postings from small and big space players were published on the platform and the high quality content resulted in exceptional search rankings for important keywords. The knowledge and experience from the strong presence of SpaceJobs.us lead to the strategic decision to have two job posting platforms.
With NewSpaceJobs.com, a rather new platform, SpaceJobFair is going to use the similar marketing approaches to create a truly global space job opportunity platform.
Postings are already being accepted and processed for a limited test phase. The team is working to implement new features for companies to enable an easy and fast posting process. Until they are fully operational, postings for companies are highly discounted. The start of implementing a connection to the SpaceJobFair main candidate database will follow in Mai 2019.
